2:12 - in the original video the water after stirring doesn't even move like a whirlpool. It could be possible without CGI though. Looking that there is some space between water in the "sprout" and the flow seems to be rather laminar, I think there is something hidden in the neck of the bottle with either holes or grooves to guide the water accordingly.

Bro you dont even need a powerdrill to create that whirlpool the second bottle was perfect you just have to give it a whirl shake and it automatically creates a whirlpool of course doing some manual rotations also creates a stronger one that lasts a while
