I wouldn't say he is super serious at all I think he is just as playful and has a great sense of humor, but is just tends to be more dry and logical. Like he is less creative and more a direction follower, and she is DEFINITELY more free spirited and thrives off of creative challenges. Sometimes their personalities are so very similar, just at different times. Like she can be a perfectionist when it comes to certain things during the cake process, and he can be super goofy when she has him do things that aren't in his normal skill/enjoyment range and has so much fun with it. So I would say they are a perfect match as far as being equally similar in different ways- because he is a man and she is a woman. He's a dollar, she's four quarters..Like equal value - as in personality balance is the same on all fronts- but different because it all shines from different strengths and abilities in their femenine and masculine intrinsic differences. Hopefully that makes sense to you and isn't overanalysed!😅🤣 And just like all couples who are equally balanced in different ways/reacts according to what is happening, they're going to balance each other out by showing the opposite strengths that they both already contain, because of the specific task at hand. But I gaurantee they can easily switch places when it comes to a completely different task! 😂 I said don't overabakuse followed by saying the same thing in like 5 different ways _AND_ all in a row, but I'm not thinking clearly rn because my insomnia PLUS a sinus infection and allergies hitting me all at once this week (closing my nose up completely...sooo waaaaay less sleep than usual..and usual is like 2hrs in a row at best) so mentally I'm having a hard time trying to say what I want to say. Undiagnosed ADHD and autism- aside...ha!

This is what I was thinking too. Little gadgets like that aren't for whisking batches of things. It's for whisking a single serving in a little cup. It's also for people who can't make the movement with their arm required for whisking but don't want to break out an entire freaking stand mixer every time they want to mix something real quick.

This moment when Kevin throws the mixer package and the first thing I'm noticing is "Супер 7 скоростных режимов Миксеры" which from Russian translated as "Super 7 speed modes, Mixers" (yes, this is literal transcription, which is meaningless and incorrect in Russian too) i had no doubts that this product was made in China(Aliexpress) for Russian market. And if you say to the home cook in Russia, that stand mixer can cost 200-300$ - this person will immediately pass out.

Most likely the "stand"mixer was just bad, however since it has a european plug, it might be meant to work with European voltage which is a lot higher than American as far as I know. (So it would go faster at the highest speed) I've only heard about this, because, since I'm European myself, I follow lots of European cooking and baking channels and seen quite a few American kitchen gadgets catch on fire in their videos because the voltage was too high.

@@dudessjoddie When talking about the continent and no specific country there is nothing wrong with that and it makes sense. I'm from a smaller European country and I honestly don't mind if people from the US for example don't know where my country is exactly. I f they just say "ah, you're from Europe", that feels respectful. I also wouldn't be able to identify all 50 US States for example, but if someone tells me their state, I can say, " Ah - that's in the US". The issue are people who have no idea about geography, but are ignorant about it. ("You're not from Australia, you must be from Germany, because you speak German" "I'm from Austria" - is an absolute classic)

The scale version is including the weight of your glass measuring cup. The othe is plastic and doesn’t take the weight of container into account

She zeroed out the weight of the glass on the scale, so both were just measuring the water weight.

The hand whisk can be used to froth milk for coffee and beat coffee if you don't have a cappuccino machine

I have that push down whisk and love it. They key is to use a tall and narrow cup rather than a wide bowl for mixing. It’s also great for batters. As someone who works in the disabled community, this is also a huge help for some of my clients. I think sometimes fully abled people buy these gadgets and call them a bust without thinking of some people who actually need them.

It could just be a bad product on it's own, but the digital scales tend to lose their accuracy over time. If it's been subjected to high temperatures, the circuits inside usually malfunction. And of course the packaging wasn't exactly secure lol.

I got the hand mixer that you tried to make whipped cream with for Christmas last year. I use it on eggs, making chocolate milk, my coffee in the morning and for mixing my dry ingredients in a recipe... my mom got it for me and I felt like I HAD to use it! hahaha

Since I also have been using scale measurements for my cooking/baking, I’ve actually learned that the cup measurements can be waaay off. Both the liquid and dry measuring cups that I have are all a bit off. So I now always do scale measurements 👍🏼

You're not accounting for the tare weight with the scale. The counter scale was measuring the water PLUS the glass measuring cup. The plastic cup was measuring only the water.

she demonstrated that she tared out the scale with the measuring cup before adding the water when she weighed the water in ounces . also, when she showed both led screens with the weights in both grams and ounces, it's painfully obvious that the measuring cup scale is not properly calibrated because one pint (16 fluid ounces or 2 cups) weighs roughly about a pound (about 450ish grams).

a tip when using the scale, you should zero out the scale once you put on the measuring cup, that way the scale is measuring only whats in the cup
