Trying Your Favorite Recipes!

Hey everyone! In today's video, I will be trying your favorite recipes! I asked you guys on my Instagram page (follow me at AllAroundAudrey, self promo!) for your favorite meals, and I tried making them! You guys had amazing food suggestions, and I wish I could try them all but today we had crepes for breakfast, homemade pepperoni pizza for lunch, and homemade chicken and dumplings for dinner. try German cheesecake or rice krispies treats (easy)

A steak marinade I stole from a cooking forum back in the early 2000s: Equal parts (1/4 cup) -Worcestershire sauce -Soya sauce -Balsamic -Olive oil -Fresh chopped garlic -Plain mustard So easy, so delicious. Simple to remember. I’ve been using it since about 2003ish

It is okay if the bay leaves get to strong as it will lose flavor fast over time. So when left-overs are a few days old it might be preferred to have been extra strong to start with. Also if the bay leaves are not fresh you will want to add extra to make up for it. Make sure you do not crush crumble or break the bay leaves and you remove all of them. You can put them in cheese cloth using a couple extra and tie a knot so they can be easily removed.

Flour is a bakers best friend. Embrace it. You need to use a lot lot more when rolling your dough. If your dough is wet it is going to take alot more. Everything is made of flour in the bakery. One should not be afraid of making the dough taste too much like flour(should be a normal self-realization after a few 8 hour days in the bakery). Also someone should not be afraid of getting flour outside the work area and most likely eveywhere. LoL J/k have fun. Hugs

Quick tip: To stop you from crying when you cut onions put a wet paper towel next to the onions. This is because the acidity from onions gravitate towards water, and while ur chopping onions the nearest source of water is you tear ducts. But, if you put a wet paper towel the onions will gravitate towards the wetness of the paper towel rather then ur tear ducts.
