i just came up with this one right now: minute% basically any% but you can only enter and exit levels, break pillar john and deal the final blow of damage to bosses once the next minute passes if you do any of these before the next minute, you restart the floor you're currently on (timer doesn't reset tho)

you didn't have to have the mushrooms, just replace pepperoni with cheese in floor 1 and have pepperoni in floor 5 (the bats in scare count as pepperoni)

Badabum%: you need passing the game, you need to eat 1 large pizza (pizza can be of any taste and any institution) and drink 1 liter of Cola. you can eat pizza and drink cola only during the game and without pausing the game.
