Unfortunately (or fortunately for balance reasons) only heavy AA champions with no AOE or cc can suffer from this, as Zwag said the ones that suffer the most are Yi and Tryndamere, other champs can use the 2s window to refresh your movement with cc such as stuns, taunta, fear or displacement

Lol reminds me of this one play I made with Teemo years ago. An Elise ganked me and my jungler came to rescue me. She jumped up into the air to avoid his damage and since I was 1 hit away from death, I knew she’d jump onto me when she came down. I just stood still and went invis in the middle of lane and she couldn’t target me lol, so when she jumped down m, our jungler killed her. I remember Elise just said “mechanics.”
