Wouldn't Stridebreaker be a better item somewhere in this build? Gives ad, attack speed and hp, aoe effect on abilities, and can be used to slow enemies and speed up yourself. Would probably prefer this than Rylai's.

Going to show this to my hardstuck gold friend, so he becomes hardstuck silver. I get the whole build is: me slow you, but why rylais instead of seryldas? It has AH, which the build needs, and the other stats are useful. Rylais only has HP. Though the best way to perma slow is with navori, cause as long as you can hit something, you will get your W very quickly, though idk where navori would fit here...

something more mathematically correct would be frozen heart + trynda W max one removes 80 ad other one removes 30% attack speed which lowers the dps of an adc by like 70% early and 40% late
