Tuvan (Tuba / Toba) language is Turkic lang. We can also understand slightly what they speak even in Turkey. They speak also Mongolian lang. That' s pretty normal. They live in Mongolia. They have mutual history and culture. Mongolian people are our close relatives. Too many people think like that in Turkey.

@aarti2795 The name of the people and the "mother tongue" is Dukha (pronounced "Doo-ha"). Their language is related to Eastern Tuvan (Tozhu Tyva) and Tofa (of the Tofalar). Compulsory school is in Mongolian, so most of the older generation speak Dukha to each other, but in Mongolian to their children. This has drastically reduced the number of Dukha speakers today. "Tsaatan" is a Mongolian word for "reindeer herder". The word for "reindeer herder" in Dukha/Tuva is "ivichi".
