@@FalafelTheBurner no, its gravity well animation and its more like they just improved their style with this one. They've always been getting better over the years and is HG's in-house studio. It's only Yostar that commissioned that one animation.

Arknights has the original Chinese server, which released back in May 2019, three global servers (English, Japanese and Korean) that released in January 2020, and a Taiwanese server that released in the later parts of 2020. The global servers are always 6 months late to the CN server, and sometimes they can shuffle the order of events to fit certain occasions, so this new event in CN will likely be EN's 5th anniversary event
