TSC has transferred non-local teachers in Garissa

These guys are cheats and blackmailers, how come non locals who are teaching at the private schools in these areas have not found it risky teaching in NEP because they are still teaching from Garissa upto Mandera. These guys took up their teaching positions in NEP knowing that there were security risks involved, but it has become a habit that one gets employed in NEP then makes security an excuse to be transferred to his or her hometown. If TSC approves these transfers then it is deniying the NEP children their rights to education.
