Do you know if there is a way to configure the termshark so that it does not max our one of the CPU cores and spreads the processing load amongst multiple cores?

Hey David I am using Kali-Linux-2021.3a OS. For a research I need to install tshark version 3.2.13 or lower. The tshark that I get by default in Kali-Linux-2021.3a is version 3.4.9. Issues occuring when using newest releases such as 3.4.X. Kindly help me in installing tshark version 3.2.13 or lower or is there any method to downgrade the default tshark.
