That is the only thing with the continuity.......Kiritsugu stop the fourth grail war from happening, and Illya was born. We do not know what are the exact dates in Prisma, but assuming they are the same before Illya is born, she would still be 18....but somehow with the mind of a 10-year-old........Why? I do not know, I think is around 2weii, the author was like, "Lets make this canon to the Nasuverse but never explained the exact dates, so anyone that wants to think she is 18 or 10 is up to them." But in the end, she acts like and her mind is of a 10-year-old for me, so she is 10. But I do wish they would clarify when exactly is Ilya born in Prisma born? Especially because there are flashbacks of child Shirou trying to cook and failing and a much younger Illya than Shirou eating the food. From those flashbacks will make Illya younger than Shirou, so she would have to be born around "the end of the fourth grail war", but it's weird because when the fourth grail war ended in FSN, Illya was around 8. So yeah she is 10 because everyone in the show so far has said so.....even though there is a ton of yuri fan service in the show......

I was so distracted by the shenanigans of the series I forgot that Illya wield one of the most powerful magic tools in Fate while being a capable mage as well due to the nature of being a lesser grail despite less trained than original Illya My wake up call is probably when Irisviel actually used her wire construct magic to capture Kuro. I have to agree that Illya deserves the EX Rank. Her Stay Night incarnation alone is good enough. But Prisma Illya takes her to the next level, even if she has to rely on Ruby. But that does get me wondering; What would Illya be like at full potential? I recall the video you made about Shiro's full potential, where you imagined him having the powers and abilities of all different versions and possibilities of him at his disposal. So, what would it be like if Illya was the same? If Illya could have the powers and magic of her Stay Night and Prisma Illya versions in the same person, what would she be like? I personally imagine her being able to use her Alchemy skills in tandem with Ruby to enhance the effects of all her spells and attacks. And if she really wanted to take it to the next level, one could imagine her using her father's Time Manipulation spells as well. With Ruby, Illya could likely use Time Alter without the negetive drawbacks that come with it.
