There is no particular meaning, the video was recorded for a dance/theatre show and dancing in the water was part of the script. This place is wonderful, 20miles from Tulear, it is a natural water source. I don't remember the name of the village...

Thanks for posting this but some words just bothered me. I'm Tandroy and I HATE it when people call my tribe "Antandroy" since the correct word is "Tandroy". Also, you better say "tsinjake" in stead of "dihy". The whole thing should be "Tsinjake Tandroy".
