It’s mostly because of the meta change. Previous meta, the highly risky rotates that Zer0 wanted to do caused them to die early when things don’t go well. In this meta, due to the boosted survivability provided by gibby and Newcastle, flcns are can confidently play aggressive and reach god spots and be involved more in end games.

That's cap lol, the ewc scrims they were basically dominating every scrim and that showed in them coming second , then the scrims for spilt two were very inconsistent. They just didn't like the meta. They are doing well this champs spilt and that's to do with the meta changing. Zer0 has never ever done well with crypto. He is a OG gibby main so they should do well next lan if not win it all

Pay attention to Hal’s micro adjustments late game. He’s usually the reason they win games and when he stays quiet they lose. Pretty common trend across their time together. So I’ll say again that Z is great but not the best IGL on his team and that’s why he gets so much hate because his macro decision making is just flat out bad compared to Hal and we’ve had 5 years of watching Hal be at the top in that category so of course the community is going to point out every error Z makes.
