Tibetan culture, tibetan dance is slowly being substituted by western cultural and its various attributes but Tenzin Mariko la you have always exhibited the rich Tibetan culture with Tibetan dance as one of its very vital component. Always wearing Chuba not only on special occasions but on any normal day, there isnt many who does that. A true entertainer not only for those who are at the wedding but for people like us too who are watching you through various media platforms. Thank you for who you are and for preserving our culture. I love your channel Mariko! I have a recommendation, you probably know about this already but in case you are not aware - please visit the shrine of Guru Dorjee Dolok! I believe it’s on the premise of nyingma Gonpa. Even though guru Dorjee Dolok is the wrathful manifestation of guru Rinpoche, you will only see him as the benevolent one and feel like you are wrapped up in a vortex of energy that heals you. I used to visit tso Pema a lot as a child mostly for tsepchu. My aunt is a nun and lives in the dribhu. Tso Pema is such a special place still pristine and untouched by ugly modern day consumerism. It was nice to visit it vicariously through your vlog.
