I think the major problem is when izinyanga fails to do proper diagnosis. I think inyanga even if ayikwazi ukuhlola but kumele kube khona ikhubalo ekwazi ukulisebenzisa alinike umuntu kube yilo elizonisa ukuthi lomuntu unani, feedback from isiguli sikamoya kube yiyo inyanga ezoqala isebenzele kuyo ukulapha lomuntu going forward, futhi don't charge umuntu kakhulu ungakabi nayo sure yokuthi umuntu uzokwazi ukumlapha ngampela, otherwise do a referral to your other colleagues. I think into ebadidayo as well is failing to differentiate between ispokwe/umunchu, islwane, umdliwa, because lezinto as we know are different and are removed differently. nendlele ezakiwayo ngayo, it's in line with how they're healed so the herbs fail to work. of course plus experience my two cents

I think yoi don't chace away Isilwani but you leave with it. It's either you take it and use it as your own (As Inyanga) or you take it and go place it somewhere else, give it a new home..
