There is so much more info and circumstances i could not fit in 15 minutes but one big thing that was missed out is the potential collapse of ABSCBN on Television, hence why all the artistas are migrating to youtube in fear of job security. I have spoken with many about this and they really believe ABSCBN might not be on tv next year. I have trouble believing this (ABSCBN not on TV?!?!) but what do you think about this situation???

Contractual obligations. Wil's main channel carries some brand endorsements, that may conflict with Alodia's own brand endorsements. Hence the need for Wil's second channel, same as Alodia's "Alodia Uncut" since Wil is also not necessarily packaged with Alodia's contracts.

Marami nagagawa sa KZbin di lang naman tungkol sa vlogging. Dito lang naman halos lahat hindi lang artista nag vlovlog kahit mga nanay, guro pwede basta't may camera ka pwede na. Sana hindi lahat mag focus lang sa pag vlovlog meron din naman iba pang ginagawa sa KZbin kagaya sa ibang bansa tulad ng informative, tungkol sa history, science, sports at marami pang iba na hindi kailangan makita ang mukha ng KZbinr. I saw an interview of Alex Gonzaga recently, and she said, ABSCBN did not renew her contract before she started vlogging. And the time she started to do KZbin, it opened alot more opportunities for her. Wil inspired me alot, that is why I started vlogging 2017, and not everyone knows about VLOG during that time. I must agree to what Wil said in this video, the part where he said about "exercising our passion". I only got 940 subscribers for the past TWO YEARS. Moral lesson? Audience and money are bonus when you exercise your passion in this industry. And weather you have a small audience to watch you, so long that you love what you are doing, you will still continue to DO your passion. JUST KEEP GOING, just like what Alex and Wil did! ☺️

It's been almost 2 years since I last followed your vlogs because I thought that the content was getting a little grim and it somehow made me feel uncomfortable and lose interest with much of your content. Sometimes I even just watch your vlogs because I used to brag to my friends that I am a fan of yours but doesn't really listen to what your content was. But recently, I started to watch your new vlogs even in your new channel and I am super happy that the Wil that used to inspire me everyday is now back and gives me more motivation that I used to get. I’ve been in KZbin for quite sometime already more or less 5 years. Might as well say that I started when eveyone was also shaming and questioning me while I was vlogging too. 😂 It came to a point where stop creating videos because of this issue. I lost track and felt disappointed. Still trying but sometimes felt lazy thinking that no one will watch my videos because of this matter. Now, everything changed... Thank you for helping & guiding me through this video. Never knew my thoughts about this would shift that fast. Now, it’s much clearer for me, setting everything positively instead of being negative about personalities coming into KZbin. Might as well be thankful instead for bringing in more audience. But a challenge for us to create more content and explore the passion that we want to pursue. Everything you mentioned was right, and I felt more inspired to continue and push though. Like any orther platforms, no one has exclusivity to each. Here's my honest view on this issue. My concern with these celebrity "vloggers" is that they're all joining the bandwagon. The vlogging community before was solely for creators who provide genuine content. KZbin now is full of celebrity vloggers with few or nothing to offer while raking all the views, taking advantage of their celeb status. While other underrated LEGIT content creators don't get noticed as they should be. Smh.

Then your name came up, and every day I would check out for new videos from your channel because you were really entertaining. You've come a long way, I know the pressure is heavier as your channel grows. But there's one thing that was constant all throughout, it's your humility. Your down to earth quality is heart-warming and I was even surprised you thought of jumping onto Pasig River. I wanted to start my own youtube channel before but I never had the chance to own a good camera and I had zero experience with video editing. The dream still lives on as your channel exists, I bought a DSLR and started to study its photo and video aspects. But I've settled to become an amateur photographer, who knows maybe someday I actually will become a vlogger. Thank you for being that inspiration to the man that I am today and Wil be in the future! The reason why I said that Will was the first, like what he said, he was the first among Filipino celebrity who bridge the gap between the vloggers and artista alike... KZbinrs are powerful infuencers but what many don't realize is that it's the viewers who are more powerful. Viewers are the market. The market dictates the products that the influencers "sell." Obama said, "You get the politicians you deserve." Well I say, we, viewers, get the kind of content creators we let KZbin know we watch. They say, to each his own, but please fellow viewers, realize that every second of video you watch is every second of your life wasted or improved. I've been watching KZbin since 2012 and I'd like to believe that I've become a better (more intelligent) viewer over the years. I give my precious click and time, only to contents (and content creators) that I know will add value to my being. Thanks for sharing your insights, Wil. Such a wise, young man.
