Yea Dr this will happen and to avoid this you need to have very fine pliers as it’s beak needs to be placed inbetween wires so overall wirebending is difficult if we don’t have fine pliers

It should cover the palatial aspect of the tooth in contour and be palatally adapted to be embedded in acrylic for Refrence you can use spacer wax to relieve 1mm of space

You can consider the loops that you see need to be pulled or opened this will open up the active component spring surface touching the tooth to expand thus aiding in buccal movement of tooth concerned
