You need to re-apply but its difficult to comment without seeing the bond. However, please check if you have missed anything as mentioned below regarding the bond: 1. The following details to be filled in the document: 1st Paragraph: Date, Your Name, Father Name and Address 2nd Paragraph: Service No. 4th Paragraph: Previous owner name 7th Paragraph: Your name 2. Name and your signature 3. 2 witness names and their address 4. Properly aligned and printed on 100rs. Non-judicial bond paper 5. Photo on the bond 6. Properly scanned and converted to pdf format with in the required size

When you purchase a flat, the builder or previous owner registers the property in your name in the sub-registrar office. After registration, the sub-registrar office will provide you with the Registration Sale Deed. If you get the property from your family, it will be called a Registered gift deed. If you take it as a lease, it will be in the name of a Registered Lease Deed. Depending on the nature of the process, you need to select the option and upload it accordingly.

When we buy land or a flat, we generally get the linked documents, which indicate the previous registrations on that property for the last 30 years or from 1983, depending on the availability of records.
