Watched card chapter sakura at age of 8, when tsubasa released I was so excited back then 😆. Tho I dun remember much of the plot now, the songs still hits hard 😭😭. Now I'm already 22, was planning to rewatch along with yashahime but looks like the ending was no great. I'm not prepared to break my heart again 😔 this anime will always stayed in my heart as a part of my childhood memories for now

I never finished this anime. I watched till episode 56 or 54 then I couldn't find the rest and after a week of searching I gave up. I never forgot it though. I kept on thinking about it. Johanna Melgar actually the original sakura was still alive just trapped in a separate dimension and the series ended with sakura being forced to stay in her original dimension while syaoran had to keep moving from one dimension to another never stopping its actually a happier ending than it sounds

He chose that in the hope that he might find a world where they can live together. However, even if he might find a world where all of them can live together, he won't be able to stay in the end though. Sakura (or Tsubasa) couldn't join the group because she knew what they might face if she followed, so in the end she chose to stay and waited for them to come back one day.

Overall I would say it was a bitter sweet ending. Eventually they can't stay with each other, but she still wait for him to return. Both the clones sacrifice themselves to save their son and Sakura (Tsubasa).

In a tsubasa chronicles ova features sakura card captor but only by a briefly moment helping sakura from tsubasa. They were in sakura card captor dimensions along with X characters, giving to understand that they share the same world but probably not the same time

@@KevinLopez-hf6uk the ova deviated a bit from the manga. The CCS was supposed to appear much later on, about 7 years after Syaoran and Sakura’s marriage. Won’t spoil more.
