No. Same characters, totally different universe, histories, etc. Clamp does this a lot where they make crossovers with familiar characters but totally different settings, storylines, etc. There is a touch of 'fate' about it all in that some things remain consistent, like Sakura and Syaoran's love for each other. The world, their backstories, all of it can change drastically but these two will always come together.

@@mgrpfan8864 well, they are related more than you think. For example, there is only one Clow Reed throughout the whole multiverse. TRC also shows that Clow did not die at the time implied in CCS. Rather, he lived for a while more as he traveled to the altered timeline of Clow Country to replace King Fujitaka. Kinomoto Sakura will give her star wand to Li Sakura so that she can give it to Yuuko as payment for sending her son Li Tsubasa to the original timeline of Clow Country.
