This is a cover of a famous Japanese song of the same name that came out in 1986. The original singer was Miho Nakayama, she was a top Japanese idol/singer in the latter half of the 80s.

Some people say that sometimes covers sound even better then the original versions I heard this song in Aya Hiranos' version and Tanaka Reinas' version so far and I find both versions pretty good, don't know about the original version but I would like to hear it some day.
