The issue is Book of the End doesn't change memories or replaces people around - it changes past itself. He would just become his best companion that he never had. But the issue with Aizen is the same as with Byakuya. For Byakuya - his sense of the lawfulness is more important, that's why even if he didn't want it - he was helping with Rukia's execution. Aizen's ambition and narcissism doesn't allow anyone who is against his own plans. He would cut down even his closest friend, lover or family member. Only thing Tsukishima could actually do - which would inherently nerf Aizen a lot, would be cancel effects of Kyōka Suigetsu (basically changing past so the victims never saw the activation of the sword). Similar to how he made Zangetsu to never be broken by Yhwach in the past. This would ultimately not help against Hogyoku Aizen, but you can't have everything. But also - making a speculation - there is a chance where Book of End could rewrite Hogyoku's past, influencing it to drop Aizen and instead bond with Tsukishima.

Aizen would probably be smart enough to figure it out. Being a master of illusion himself, and his overall intelligence. Or him getting controlled by Tsukishima would be a part of Aizen's plan. xD Even if he wasn't, the thing he said about Soi Fon's two hit kill might come into effect, assuming he was telling the truth. About it all coming down to a battle of spiritual pressure, and his spiritual pressure being so much stronger than Soi Fon's, it just wouldn't work on him. So the same could be applied to Tsukishima's ability. PS. These "i remember when tsukishima" comments are always great. lmao

his power wouldn't work on Aizen . If u forgot when Shinji inverted Aizen senses of perception. Aizen just used Kyoka Suigetsu on himself. He hypnotized himself to counter Shinji power and therefore he regain his normal senses thru hypnosis. He could do the same with Tsukishima power as well.
