C'est normal si tu as quitté le quartier depuis un bon moment. Bien que pour mon cas c'est 8 ans que j'ai quitté Bandal mais j'ai reconnu l'avenue kasavubu, il était à Bisengo et s'est rendu à Bandal synkin...

I'm sorry to say Bandal seems to look very dirty I hope I didn't offend anyone but I'm saying based on what I am seeing from this video footage. Having said that it was known to be an area whereby a lot of Congolese artists such as Koffi Olomide, Wenge Musica, Emeneya, Pepé Kallé etc...all used to live there and I'm very shocked to see that the area has not been modernised or improved at all.
