Tsunami Bulletin on NOAA Weather Radio

This is the local special statement issued by National Weather Service Honolulu playing on NOAA Weather Radio about the tsunami warning

I had this model for 8 years it served me well than i thought it was time to but a new weather radio i gave this one to my day program now i have a Reecome Weather Radio now

+Pyrodron Productions No, the 3H55M markers are for when the arrival of the first wave was expected. In this case, since the arrival time was expected to be 11:05am or 11:19am, this was taken around 8:15am or 8:24am.

@@Transitional Exactly. I have this radio, but basically even if there is an SVA, there is no expected time for it to hit until it is close. You cannot have a TOR that the alert on the 12-250 would say when it hits, even for a PDS or Tornado Emergency.

Burlington, FEMA covers all 50 states and all U.S. territories as a logical and financial support arm of the United States Government. Your local Emergency Management Agency (In Honolulu they simply use the older term "Civil Defense") functions essentially the same as every state and local emergency management agency would anywhere else in the country. FEMA does an outstanding job when local jurisdictions hold up to their responsibilities.

Pearl Harbor gets the Tsunami wave... At least Japanese aren't involved (Infact, in 2011 they had a tragic tsunami that damaged Fukishima Plant and many People had to evacuate Fukishima. Fukishima had a lot of precious memories.)

They both are easy to find off of eBay for around $20. I'd also try looking at thrift stores as I've seen 3 12-250s at different thrift stores, which one of those 3 is my 12-250.

Chris Barrows The Model 12-250 and unlike the newer ones this is not Public Alert Certified and i just got a like new one after the one i got back in 1999 the speaker gave out on it went to a Goodwill Thrift Store and it there
