Dude! This guy sounds like he would like R.O.D (Read or Die). It's a manga centering around a bibliophile that has special powers. Also, honestly, this is probably one of the most sincere sounding tsundere's I've ever heard. A lot of people tend to have the tsundere either already have a crush on the listener or immediately think they're cute and start stumbling or being mean with no actual...like...guidance or path into what the tsundere is insulting the listener for.
