I love how easy it is to pinpoint her time of death to the '80s and specifically in the Los Angeles area of California even before she confirmed 1986. That's around the time computers started to condense in size, going from the size of a room to about the size of a person, and her accent, prior to Frank Zappa's song 'Valley Girl,' was largely confined to that area and only spread gradually from that point. Also, she's literally a dead version of Clover from Totally Spies minus the WOOHP tech and I LOVE it. Happy May 4th, Vel! Wearing my "May The Lord Be With You" Christian Star Wars shirt today, lol. As someone who lived through that era, I'd say this was mostly accurate to what I'd imagine a valley girl ghost from 1986 would be like, except practically everyone had a VCR, most people had VHS, and they'd record their favorite music videos from MTV. (And the computers; yeah, laptops were already a thing and high schools had commodore 64 or Apple IIs.) But yeah, this video me laugh several times. I can picture this girl with the curly hair that was popular at the time, wearing a sweater and a jean jacket, Or maybe a Flashdance style sweatshirt off the shoulder. maybe she fell because she had been drinking wine coolers (which were very popular at the time, and back then, they were made with actual wine with fruit.)

Also, I've done some research since I posted the above, and it turns out, the reason Wine Coolers died out in the US had to do with taxes. In 91, congress raised the taxes on wine by over 5 times the original amount.

Wow. That just blew me away. Between the 80's slang, her valley girl persona and her killer attitude she's totally a ghost I wouldn't call the Ghostbusters for. Oh wait, cabin in the woods...should have done an Evil Dead reference. xD Seriously through this was fantastic and I'd have to agree with the other comments either you or the script writer really went above board to really give the ghost girl the feel of the 80's instead of just a few stock references forced in and forgotten about. The story started silly and fun and became sweet by the end and I couldn't help geeking out over the ghost girl. Plus she liked Friday the 13th part XI, my absolute fave of the hockey slasher.

This girl calls me a nerd yet loves Star Wars and Spiderman which were nerd topics back then. I guess someone wasn't always the popular girl. As for some other things in which I did alot of math and thinking. She is most likely 54+ years old. She probably was 18 in 86 given that she went to college. I was born in 96. I'm 26 right now so by adding 26 to 28, she'll be 54 atleast. If my memory is correct there are 10 Friday movies that are numbered and 12 if we count the remake and Freddy Vs Jason. We were nice not to mention, the Disney Sequel movies and every Disney tamper. So if she asks about Star Wars, I suggest EU with Han's and Leia's kids (not one kid.) and other things. I'm not deep in star wars lore. And I would definitely drop Saw for star wars. Now as for computers. Wait till her mouth drop at what phones are nowadays. Literal small computers XD not bricks. Most thinking I did on an ASMR vid and great references. Especially Blockbuster. XD. Great fun vid
