Shame we aren't getting a season 3. I'm not sure if it is because there isn't enough source material or whatnot, but it's very unfortunate that the studio decided to drop it... Was a great anime series + movie

Let KyoAni cook. They realese 1-2 projects a year max, but that's why every single anime they produce looks stunning

And I highly doubt they actually dropped it since it's their own franchise which brings much more money even with a moderate success. Another season or a couple of movies to bring the whole story to an end will be released in the foreseeable future (and I'm 99% sure about this)

Kyo ani are known to complete their projects entirely. Also there are only 3 volumes so far(2 of them are adapted) So there is def a chance in the forseeable future.
