To be fair, there are many, MANY abilities Tsuyu could utilize given she do more research about her quirk but doesn't whether it be because of lack of Knowledge, or said abilities either wouldn't be very useful on her specifically or the abilities are so disturbing that she wouldn't want to utilize even if she was aware of it(I mean she barely uses her toxic mucus as is, much less if her toxins were strong enough to kill an elephant). However with that being said, as a villain, she would be one hell of a dangerous foe. Think about it, Her jumping and climbing abilities, her 20 meter(65 foot long) tongue that has been shown to be able to carry people with little problem(which would make doing things like snapping necks as easy as ribbiting for her) and even things like the Elephant killing toxins would be good way to incapacitate victims, and she can utilize an ability that normal Tsuyu would find too disturbing and probably painful to utilize(That being the ability of the Hairy Frog, who are able to break the bones in their fingertips and have them project through the skin to form makeshift retractible claws.)
