TSW coordinator here! couple things to note with the sphyrna, metal detection has been tweaked to include oil detection as well! also theres metal in high abundance in the deep trench. its also not really getting a full model overhaul moreso just upscaling to fit ASA's model quality! more btw the saurics can sometimes grab stuff like ichthys and mantas out of the water which instakills them, but the grab itself does not do damage (oh and itll be rideable in an upcoming update) overall though excellent video as always, love your stuff!!

OH and just caught this, the "bigger" saurichthys is our very own Hadal Saurichthys, which isnt in the mod yet and probably wont be for a while. It is planned to be rideable with a submarine saddle, and will essentially be a slightly more reliable recon/scout mount, equipped with its own dangly light tendrils!

Hmm, perhaps a neat ocean-only structure would be some cable nets. Balance-wise, they could be a stone or metal tier (for the purposes of what can damage it) structure that's really cheap, takes up a fairly large area, but has low durability. Your tamed Saurichthys accidentally grabbing you is both funny, and also a potentially interesting feature that could be reworked into something more useful. Imagine if a specific whistle command would cause them to stop what they're doing, grab you, and flee the area as quickly as possible (until told to stop). I personally thought such a feature would be cool on Flyers as well.

Unrelated to this vid, but with the Paleo Tyrannosaurus, is that no longer getting a special bite? Edit: To be clear, I love the model and the stomp and head swing definitely adds to the gameplay, I just don’t like that it still is outclassed dps-wise by so many smaller creatures.

I wanted to personally thank you for the great TLC mods, honestly wildcard should have done a creature TLC when they released ascended but alas they didn’t, most modders want to leave their mark by making their own Dino’s,your really the only ones doing good TLC’s. I have three main requests for Dino TLC’s #1 is the Liopluerdon, the base model is really ugly and it’s such an impractical tame, it has the most potential for a TLC, #2 is Carbonemys, the regular ones look so ugly, they should look like a tortoise not like Sid the sloth, #3 is pteradon, the pteradon has horribly inaccurate wings and is way to easy to tame for a flyer that is as speedy as it is. Other requests are carno, dilo, and parasaur but you have to make priorities, appreciate what you are doing

I'm debating on it, purely because the re-released ones like Xiph and Cerato have had no changes and everyone's already covered them a million times. Unless I just should anyway? On the dinos that get new TLCs like Brachi, Cryo and Conca, yes absolutely!

The game has needed more vireity in the ocean for a long long time. I suggest you use the clear water setting in the ocean that flashing and fog can make some people (me specifically) a little sick and it gives me a headache. The Saurichths needs to swim more like a snake and less like a broken animation. Without saddle armor it's not going to do well at all.

Ive added this to my server shame about The Center far too many bugs to play right now, greyscale waterfalls, invisible water you can actually swim in the air, teleporting xiphactynus and stuck in boss fights losing all your tames after beating it. Just glad I havent gone on PvP yet.

Couple things 1, has anyone seen any of Garugas anomolacaris on the center? Ive checked like 50+ icthys and no luck. 2, I LOVE this mod and i hope the other creatures get covered sometime soon 3, Im pretty sure the deep sea saurichthys is an upcoming variant and not out yet as ive only ever seen artwork but never the actual creature

If it isn't spawning, it's very easy to add it in the spawn configs, and since it's a premium mod, there won't be any in official to begin with so that's not really a problem

Black Pearls were an attempt to do such, but they never really made them necessary for anything important. It doesn't help that there's also plenty of methods of getting them without entering the ocean.
