Jose Vasquez cd-c is the mode when your trying to listen to the usb thumb drive or your aux disc and track is the regular cd mode good luck

Would this work with a phone through usb? Like will it charge the phone and play media while being controlled through the head unit?

WzdmTV this unit is only good to play music through a USB Thumb drive or using the AUX cable you’re going to need the Y splitter and a bluetooth Hands Free Car Kit that they sell on eBay. I tired hooking up a Bluetooth thumb drive with no luck. Please Subscribe 👍🏼

roberto gutierrez not this one if you hook it up it will just charge your phone there’s plenty of other ones that have Bluetooth your going to also need the Y splitter

Once you bought everything you needed and everything is hooked up correctly you got to press the “CD” button on your radio until the display says CD-C then it will work this is only for the earlier TSX’s

Big Monkey first you need to have the y spliter and you need to put it on CD-C mode or else you’ll just be playing your regular cd
