I hope they replace the Toronto-Windsor trains really soon with these new ones. I heard accessibility is really good on these trains and I’m really tired of having to guess what cars via rail will have on the trains I want to take and sometimes my chair not being able to fit. Or I’m not able to take a train at a specific time because of the same reasons

The new trains are amazing. What we need next is a dedicated right of way for passenger trains. We take the train regularly between Ottawa and Toronto. Just today the train we took to Toronto was ‘just’ one hour late. A routine occurrence.

They have moved throughout the Quebec-Windsor corridor. on New Year's Day I took a Venture train from Kitchener to Ottawa.

They will eventually operate all corridor trains with these sets. I don't know how the splitting of trains of Brockville will be handed once this happens, either they'll be two Venture sets coupled together, or the schedule will have to change.

Took a return trip to Windsor from Toronto this past weekend. Lots of people yapping loudly, I e lady was watching a movie with no headphones...full volume...another guy sitting in the 4 seat section was spread out yapping on his phone the whole trip, had his shoes off and feet up on the opposite seat ...Ive been on better rides than this. I hate being forced to wear noise cancelling headphones when I enjoy the quiet ambience of a train ride

Currently all but one train on the Quebec-Ottawa route are Ventures. After May 27 all trains on that route will be Ventures -RYS

VIA says all 32 trainsets will be in service by 2025, but its late 2023 and we only have 4 so far. Call me a skeptic but I have doubts that they can make that target.

That semi-private four-seater looks good except for the lack of a proper window. I suppose if you are doing business you don't care to look at the countryside When VIA had the equivalent on LRC VIA-1 cars for a few years they had a decent window.
