Ive had that, was the most painful experience ive ever had and i went into emergency surgery where they cut my ballsack up and attached the inner part of the balls, the testes to the inner lining, basically sewing them to the skin so they wouldnt torque again, it ruined my life and i couldnt walk for months and became depressed for years. Dont know if im sterile now
