People like Dr Orlando Owo sang songs that tames greediness and evil. His songs are the type that chases away depression and help you to forge ahead in the huddles of life. The present crop of musicians will make you to be pursuing material things that you don’t even need in the next decade. Anytime I listen to DR Orlando’s songs, they humble me and help me not to do pass myself. RIP to the great teacher and preacher.

I used to be so emotional, when I was up north at school. Whenever I was on outing to town and I heard this track, "Ero kiyeye mi", I'll feel hime sick. Blessed memory Baba Orlando

Dr Orlando Owoh's music arrangement is spectacular. Every section is well represented and grounded. I'm always marveled by the string section- the combination is superb. Ade Conga's percussion is second to none. There is no tract that can be pushed aside in this great album. The flip side is also wonderful. RIP Dr Orlando

I can't mention five best musicians and singers that appealed to me among players in the Yoruba genre without adequately mentioning Orlando Owoh... Someone said it is because he was from Ifon in Ondo State, my mother's town on which I have a sentimental attachment... I love my mother's town... I love my mother.. But it is not as thought but because there is total originality in Orlando... Yes, I am partial about my mother's town(perhaps because of the fact that my father is from Ogun State, there would normally be that natural longing for my mother's land)... Orlando had helped me to build a concrete verve for indigenous music... His soul is resting well... I loved him... I love Ifon... I love Ondo State

I am from Ondo State, we love Orlando music die ( and Ijesa + Ekiti people). To me, Orlando is the best musician to ever come out of the Southwest, but I know many will disagree with me. His music is not only catchy, but also very meaningful.
