Mam how to use flax seeds?I also removed my uterus nd ovaries too becos of fibroid.. for me also too much of sweating nd sleepless night.. I had undergone 6 operations including 2 cisserian, thyroid nodule, umbilical hernia etc... I cannot control my weight after these operations.. doing exercise is also difficult for me becos of back pain nd hernia..simply walking means leg pain is there.. still I am working abroad... After retirement life only I have to control my diet nd go for an ayurvedic treatment. Here we don't get enough veg nd fruits to substitute nd it is too expensive.. By god's grace I am not having diabetes nd cholesterol.. but BP is there..always in tension .. family is not there with me..that may be the reason... I am including more vegetables nd fish in my diet...Thank u so much Mam

പൊതുവെ മെനോപോസ് കഴിഞ്ഞ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് മൂഡ് change വളരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. മാനസികവും ശരീരികവുമായി വളരെയധികം change ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു. ഇതിനെയൊക്കെ തരണം ചെയ്ത് എങ്ങനെ മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാം??
