Cataphract 3L has masc as well. It’s a monster with SNAC!

Wolverine 7D has it too. UAC+MRM/SRM + optional MPL, full MRM, even TAG + LRM + UAC for harassment. Also has JJs, which makes it a breeze to move around fast. It keeps drilling damage with DPS. Is very tanky even with XL. True wolf that can jump on a lone sheep and can be gone by the time the shepherd dog comes there.

Not sure, but I think it may be a city. One thing I do know is that the blue/white lozenge pattern is taken from Bavaria's crest - so he's definitely from Bavaria (der Freistaat Bayern).
