It just doesn't feel right to rebuild the Nova HEV'S just yet.

@@Kipling45 Ikr. I feel like they’re rushing on rebuilding buses instead of waiting until the buses are between 7-8 years old. Now they’re starting their rebuild when they turned 5-6 years old.
