@james murray , no they are not protected by the union. supervisors / management have no protect. either way workers don't really have protection anymore with ATU , theres so much ATU can do now since the ATU power is dramatically decreased over the years.

Not to dismiss the likely non-unionized former asst mngr, but are TTC employees not represented by the ATU (Amalgamated Transit Union)? If one feels bullied or discriminated against, you go straight to a union rep, no?
