Is it possible to connect to computer and projector with eARC ? for Atmos ,similar like a TV ? From PC to Sound bar from there to Projector ?

I don't have the equipment to test this out but I imagine as long as there's a hdmi connector it should work.

I use a fire stick on my TV, if I set up the sound bar through hdmi will I still get the sound through from my fire stick please?

Yup. Any means that you connect the soundbar to the TV should allow any sound that normally comes through the TV to go through the soundbar instead.

whats the difference to the Samsung HW-Q64B ?

Good question. I think they are pretty much the same. It seems like the Q60B is the US version. But the specs seem the same.
