@@steverichter9825 yes they had their signal on but they did not move over safely. there was not room for that car to move over and nobody has to let them in. that is the problem with drivers today they all want to do what they want with no regard for other people. yes it would be courteous to slow down a bit to give room and allow them in, but nobody has to do that. you as a driver have to make lane changes safely.

This is my view on this always. I’m a biker myself of 27years, and I also raced motocross bikes from the age of 5~28, so I’m pretty experienced compared to a lot on the road. But here is my issue, most bikers are just as much to blame, or even more to blame than the car drivers. They don’t drive bikes, so there mindset isn’t not the same as ours, so we simply have to treat every car like it’s going to hit us. No need for the hot head lads, it’s ridiculous. Also, bikes are traveling way over the speed limit in most cases, that’s one of main problems for, we are breaking the law before the car even gets a chance to. If you guys are speeding, what do you expect? Don’t blame and shout other road users when clearly it’s most of us that are the terrible drivers. Watch your speed, there’s a time and a place, treat every car like it’s going to swerve, and I promise you, most of these clips wouldn’t be worth showing. We share the road, stop acting like we own it, and stop acting like we have a right to speed. Simple as that

Totally agree. The first clip alone shows it all. The car was indicating for a while and instead of slowing down, he decides to still proceed with lane splitting and hence hitting the mirror. Why not just slow down. I ride myself and I would still give way to cars to merge or make lane changes. Most riders believe the road belongs to them

The biker still should have used his hazard perception skills, having that much time to react. 2:40 What's the point of slowing down if you're going to get more in their way. I agree with Featheredindian. It seems that many of these videos show bikers who are unhappy with the normal speed-up/slow-down of traffic, believing that they should be able to travel, especially in urban setting, without decelerating for any other vehicles whatsoever. When a big truck is turning from a sidestreet into a major street half a block away, you don't get to go bananas and lean on the horn. You simply slow down and behave like other drivers. Lane splitting may be legal in some places - it is not here in Georgia - but it is an extremely risky undertaking. We car drivers aren't looking for the two-wheeler going 20 mph faster than the slowed down traffic, nor should we be.

#1 The biker saw the car... and he went anyway... There are 2 lanes, not 3. The white stripe isn't a lane... If you want to overtake, go ahead, do that from the left side. Plenty others who posted videos about how big of an idiot they are. When you are zigzagging between cars, if the car runs you over, it's not just you who'll suffer! The thing is what causes drivers to behave like this is when they are learning they are taught a peticular way. Once they are presumed passed they think RIGHT!!! i have passed now i can behave like i want to ( another words like many other uselesss DANDEROUS, MORONIC, HYPERCRITS!!! on the road & use others as a excuse. That is the top & bottom of the way drivers & motorcyclist & even peddle cyclist have the very little or no regards towards other road users regardless of the country. This is why we have so many road accidents & many fatalities because of the so called road users SELFISH & ARROGANT & even excessive unesecary speed & behaviour. Instead of leaving 10 or so mins earlier & travelling around 10mph slower or much , much slower than that if they are going far, far too fast for either road conditions or unfamiliar roads & narrow lanes especially those which are high up & have no safety barriers. Far too many roads around the world do not have them. SO motorcyclist especially slow right down on such roads it could end up being your last time your riding. But, ALL types of traffic including two wheelers should SLOW DOWN!!! & take extra care on such roads & STOP!!! being so BLOODY IMPATIENT!!!! 🤔😠😠😠😠
