This is so informative it’s actually insane. There is so much going on here and so much nuance that quite honestly if you think of all this, you won’t be able to shoot the gun lol. Absolutely brilliant and so technical just goes to show you the nuances of shooting a pistol, the correct way.

Not whatsoever. I’ve always carried full size for EDC. A whole lotta sheep get caught up in width and shorter barrel lengths without even trialing for themselves. Makes too much sense to carry full size if your body type allows it.

Whoever is their kinesiologist needs a pay raise. This is not gun training, it is body training with some shooting instruction. All the shooting is not impressive in the sense that if you shoot tens of thousands of rounds per year, and run the courses hundreds of times, and some natural ability, you too can be John Wick. Still very nice!

Eh too much information for the brain to process why gripping a gun. Imagine trying to do all that just to grip a pistol. I just grip the gun and that's it and I can control it. As you shoot, you'll learn. All that shoulder stuff won't mean much during competition and moving while shooting or during self defense
