1k followers is the requirement to stream from your phone cameras. It does not mean you get access to every method of streaming. The "requirement" to get a stream key is you have to be in an agency and ask them for one. I've made a list of agencies here: www.toktutorials.com/list-of-agencies The requirements for LIVE Studio vary and are usually 1k, 3k or 10k based on whether TikTok thinks you're a gaming account.

TikTok's livestreaming guidelines are non existant. They'll refer you to the community guidelines which are pretty useless for streamers. That said, TikTok typically wants the streamer to be present from what I've observed.
