In a public speaking world seemingly dominated by men , Carla by far is one of the best of I've ever seen! Her wisdom is both sound and practical. None of that feel good BS! Her tenacious spirit is infections and has inspired me to reinvent the way I look at strategy and how it can benefit not only my career but my life in general! What an incredibly inspiring person . Way to go Carla!!

I absolutely agree with you Eric! Very authentic.

Eric it's people like you who ruin this country! People who stand for feminism, making "women equal to men." Making women equal my ass. Women are already equal to men! It was in the Civil Rights Act for Christ's Sake! People like you who support these false "activists" want not only for men to become less prominent, but for women to completely dominate the entire male gender. It's fucking sexist! Instead of the two genders coexisting and working together towards a better society, feminists want women to overtake everything, and I MEAN EVERYTHING. Work, Daily Life, Even something like going out to get groceries. They want women to dominate every aspect of life. So let me ask you, do you really stand for that? That's what you're really supporting! One giant, big lie.

Carla Harris is a real find, and I've just found her in 2021 graduation speeches. She is a real motivational speaker, an excellent orator with sound advice for promoting your career and your life. It's directed at women, but men should take note of her advice, too. I loved the way she spoke of performance currency and relationship currency in a talk at Harvard Business School graduation.

Take what she says to heart trust me! I use to listen to all 7 on the way to work. I used everything she said and was able to accomplishà annual promotions. However they denied me for a position I wanted and deserved and as a result I felt under valued. I went towards the fear, took a vacation to job hunt and came back with a 2 week notice. I was able to become a District manager at age 28 running 12 stores thanks to the leap I took by moving on to a better opportunity. I started to rethink my career and the level of stress, time and travel it demanded. I got laid off and couldn't find work so easily so I took another leap and after 3 years of blood sweat and tears, I now have a thrift store and will be getting another food truck next month. All that to say I really feel like the advice she gave strategically helped me move towards my goals. She was the only woman and I was always the youngest being tested because everyone who worked under me was old enough to be my parents or grandparents. It's a tough world and competition is fierce. Her pearls will help you I promise.
