Even if the lady were having a rough day she shouldn't have taken it out on her. You're just not suppose to take it out on your customers. All Teala did was tell her it was her real nail, the woman refuse to believe her and kept working. Who knows what damage she could've caused. Teala entitled to her opinion, and if she felt she was given poor customer service, then she was given poor customer service. She did handled the situation better then a lot of other people would've done. I'm seriously surprised she still paid. You're definitely a good one if you let someone, who was being incredibly rude, continue to do your nails (and possibly cause damage to them); and still pay them for the poor customer service. It takes a lot to do that. But some people just don't like to just throw money away.

Teala has money and probably could've paid to get her nails done over or better yet, just got up and walked away. I can agree there. But all she's doing is venting. She didn't go on their website or craigslist (or whatever those sites where you leave reviews) and leave nasty reviews. She didn't even mention the name of the Salon. She's not causing any harm. I commented because it seemed like you were trying to defend that woman's actions. Now if it were someone who was going through something, and it really had them down in the dumps, I'd be more lenient. But an attitude like that, shouldn't have to be tolerated.
