Will you add a heart to each Raggedy doll? I enjoy all of your videos, thank you for sharing.

Thank you, that is so kind of you to say! I will definitely add a heart to each of them. The last time I had a doll without one, I made a stencil and drew the heart on with a Micron pen. It worked out well. I haven't decided if that's the direction I'll take this time.

I am so glad I found your video! I thrifted an Andy today and he is super dirty. Has the same brown stains like yours. Do you have a video on how you wash ur Raggedy Ann’s WITHOUT a washer machine. I would rather wash by hand. My machine has the agitator. And my Andy is pretty fragile. He seems pretty old. Thank you ❤

Hi there! Congratulations on your find! Unfortunately, I have not yet made a video on how to wash a doll without a washing machine. I've been restoring dolls for about 4 years now, but this is my first tutorial. I usually just talk about them in my vlog. This came about because I had several requests to show how I wash my dolls. To wash them by hand, follow all the steps up to the washing machine. When you get to that point fill a clean sink or bucket with water and add a small amount of detergent plus oxiclean. You can soak him in that for half an hour (or longer, more instructions on the oxiclean container) and then use your hands to squish him around a little bit. After that let the water drain and then rinse until there are no more bubbles. If you still feel like he's dirty at that point, you can treat him with the spray again and then repeat the process until he's as clean as you feel like he can be. Then air dry! I really hope that helps. I do plan to post more Raggedy Ann and Andy tutorials as I havs new to me dolls to repair. Good luck!
