I noticed the cover for the game was slightly different than regular, looking a little closer I saw a santa looking dude with a new rifle, so immediately I started pinging everyone I knew who played tww about it. However when joining there was no update, so I got to enjoy the last few moments with Jane and the zombies before server shutdown. The Stream was fun even though it got privated, and I hope everyone got what they wanted for Christmas. Have a happy Christmas everyone! 🎄

Opinions on free cosmetics: really fits the winter and the upcoming building and progression update. Opinion on the event story, area decorations and the "golden gun": Did i mention how amazing the decorations and the sky looks like?! It's so amazing! The lore is kind of... Questionable, i thought that Santa is the mastermind, but it's a honour for him to see us, making us more legendary than a mythful legend. The gun is good. Definitely isn't as bad as people call it. Opinions on strategy: I have my own strategy on defeating snowmen which i call "HQS" aka (also known as) Hill Quick Slaughter and i don't like pretending to be superior.... But I think that its way better than yours. Spawn at Howling Peak, around the hill there are many snowmen all around and are close to each other, however them ganging up is rare and their spawn rate feels way faster (it took only 20 seconds for one to respawn, somehow) to fight the snowmen, take a friend and have them on the rocks, while you're on land taking cover. Since the friends wont need to take cover and you can use the rocks to make sure the snowmen wont get dangerous to you, by focusing on the same snowmen he will disappear like a snowflake in front of flamethrower. If you dont see anyone spawn for a while, go to Gulch mine and try to find some snowmen, then after dying or 2 mins later return and repeat progress. Because my strategy doesn't require going into long distances and doesn't take such a risk, while having more cover... I think that this suits more to me. *Important note: the snowmen might have a simple self-learning AI and you may not be able to pull this strategy correctly, even though my strategy might work the best, that doesn't mean you can pull it off. Make a strategy yourself and get used to it if you like :) Important note 2: The Frozen Volcanic rifle no longer deals double dmg on snowmen, it might be a bug*

@@helloalty2138 I think that it's a bug, the new, higher AI level snowman NPC might not be considered in the code as a snowman, so that the gun doesn't do double dmg. Just report the bug to Devs and wait for them to fix it.......... *(patiently)*

(gonna look like a nerd here) but if u shoot a snow man then just slowly back away like the speed when u reloading gun the snow man come at u enter the range to shoot then pull out his gun the pull in his gun then run the pull out and repeat pasicly the snowman enter the range where the dev coded so that he would stop and shoot so if u back away he be stuck in the pull gun out and in animation making 7/10 of the time he cant shoot u or miss u this is very helpful

If you dont have a bow, and is lazy to grind like 2k but you have a sharps rifle, all you gotta do is headshot em 4 times, which is ridiculously slow but you gotta do what you gotta do ig. Idk why i never used a bow. I got all the parts myself on the release day itself by just shooting them with a sharps rifle from a far, then moving to another location when they start moving towards mine. I repeated until i got the gun. Tribal forest has a lot of em and you can almost grind alone there. Otherwise the plains near fort henry have like 3, which gives you not bad odds. But i recommend doing it with friends cause its more fun and less tedious. Have fun
