King's throws deal waaay more damage than Jin/Hwoarang's punches plus the damage from it isn't reduced even after how many hits in a combo. Also, King's throws give excellent oki, leading to a potential combo reset or free damage.

Kings throws do "waaay" more damage? What a bullshit. Even giant swing can be tech rolled without a wall and only deals 40 damage. ISW also 40 damage. Also, breakable. And overall can you punish both kings very good with sidesteps. Hwoarang just spams his mixups and just the lows add up to skyhigh damage. And some times you have to guess if he is doing mids and lows. And the strings are so fast, it's almost impossible to find an opening. Sidestepping? Don't think about it. And king has strong oki? Gosh, it's like you are not even trying to compare him with hwoarang. There is a reason why even the best have problems with hwoarang eventho he is "just" a string character.

I was reading exactly what you were writing. But if you compare a THROW with a PUNCH I will compare every aspect of a character with the other. And if you complain about throw oki, I complain about the overall strong oki of hwoarang. 6:17 7:03 9:05 (the list goes on) and you complain about how strong kings throws are. You have to break kings throws once and you are out of danger, but getting out of that hwoarangs constant pressure needs a lot more work than just a button press. I agree that tekken is a very balanced game. But you were complaining about the strength about one character and comparing it with the weakness of another.

Is it just me or is Kayyal way more exciting to watch than Lil Majin? Can't say for sure who's better though. I just find Kayyal's gameplay way more refreshing - that dude really goes for it.

The balance of this game is so out of whack. King's special throw, easily breakable and incredibly hard to land in the first place, only does as much damage as two punches from Jin or Hwoarang? Bullshit.

A message from the present even at Tekken 8 where hwoarangs strings melts your HP and it's almost impossible to guest even in God of destruction. A lot of new players and salty king haters still thinks that king is more annoying just because they can't break or tech grabs. Instead of a Hwoarang who doesn't give him a turn because of his infinite high damaging strings😂
