They sing. Sonu nigam is still singing. His recent bollywood song was shehzada- title track. Have u listened it ? It's really a nice song. Shaan ka to to pata nhi,lekin mohit chauhan ka bhi ek new song aaya hai - can't remember the name now. The difference is that these singers sing very rare now. I think Bedardeya is a beautiful song and arijit has sung it really well,but ya,if any singer you mentioned could have sung that song,may be,it would be different. But,arijit too did his best. Guys I want to tell you something which is my thought. Instead of criticizing today's Bollywood songs by comparing with old ones, we should enjoy good ones. Ofcourse new songs are nowhere as compared to the old songs. But if the songs are good like Kabir Singh album, Brahmastra, Jersey, etc. we should enjoy them so that later we can be nostalgic after 15-20 years and can say "Ye hamare time ke gaana hai" to the younger ones. I don't know about others but I personally like most of the songs from this album except that - Show me the thumka song. It's lyrics are not so impressive,atleast not to me. Rest,I love bedardeya and Pyar hota kai baar hai. Tere pyaar me is also one of my favorite songs,having quite unique beats,which I really like. Maine pi rakhi hai and Jaadui are also Beautiful songs,so overall,it is a nice album. But,one thing I noticed that lyrics writing was a little average in the complete album. Some similar lines are repeated in every 3rd song of the album,like I can easily count 3 to 4 songs having similar lines. For eg - In pyar hota kai baar hai,it is - 'Vo dil kya bhala,jo tuta na kabhi'. Ok,good. Then,in show me the thumka,again similar lines - Shayar koi shayana,kehke gaya huzoor,sheesha ho ya ye dil ho,tutega to jaroor. Mtlb,kya yrr,kahin se bhi kuchh bhi daal diya. I mean,lines buri nhi hai,but is song me in lines ki koi requirement hi nhi thi. Phir bhi daali gyi and hadd to ye hai ki bedardeya me bhi - 'Dard e dil ke bina mehfil hi kya,jo na toota,kabhi vo dil hi kya 😅😂. Mtlb hadd hai yrr,ek baar me samajh aata hai ki kahin na kahin is picture me dil tuta hai,par har song me btane ki kya jrurt hai 😂😅. I really felt the writing part very dull. Amitabh bhattacharya ji se kaafi high expectations thi,but he disappointed me here. Singers have done really well,especially arijit singh. Shreya ghosal was also completely drunk in Maine pi rakhi hai,and sunidhi and nikhita was also too good in their lines. Jubin nautiyal se jo expected tha,vohi kiya hai 😅,but his voice suited in that song - Jaadui. Composition wise - I liked Bedardeya the most and Lyrics wise - Pyar hota kai baar hai.

Bro really Bedardeya is slow poison . At start I listened it 2,3 times it was ok ok but after somedays I felt to listen it again and kept on listening what a catchy song any lovely sung by Arijit.
