There is a city that flourished as a coal industry near Taebaeksan Mountain in Korea, such as the Alps in Europe. I made an a cappella ensemble with residents living near this area and learned Tu Solus under the guidance of a conductor who returned from studying medieval music in Germany a decade ago. There were many opportunities for performances and it was very enjoyable. Currently, I have stopped practicing due to COVID-19, but I am always grateful to God because it is such a wonderful song.

What a fabulous version. Since the movie "Vaya con dios" I have been looking for a version of Tu solus and for a very long time there was not even a single one on youtube. Glad that that has changed :)

Kind of strange that I like this, I am a staunch atheist (no: Not going to change my mind, I grew up a Christian and I was even an acolyte (serving the priest in church, bringing him stuff, carrying the torches etc. etc.), but somehow it never caught on! Hell, some of it might be my zealot aunt's fault, she always tried to make me more christian but in the end my own doubts (my parents luckily raised me to question things - they didn't think I'd add the church/religion to that list of things to question!) and her trying to force stricter believes (not really that bad, she doesn't pray before eating or anything like that, but she goes to church on sundays, she works for a christian foundation etc.) forced me to question it even more and when I was 14 or so I became an atheist! I even stopped being an acolyte (despite the fact that I liked our little group, but there were internal problems which were a great excuse to get out!))...maybe it's because of the movie Vaya Con Dios? :)
