HeartBreaker (in a small way) reminds me of how Striker in Div1 worked. 6 piece striker, lightweight M4 and the house. As long as you kept your stacks up you could survive alot.

In my eyes heartbreaker relies on the opponents being lazy to swap builds but I still think you shouldn't gain stacks for headshots if you have 100% pulse res but then again strafing exists so I guess that can work for now.

i thought pvp was going to be horrible this patch but i have to say that pvp is better than it has been in a long time. am i saying its perfect or damn good? nope, still has issues but it is better at least. great vid as usual.

People complain about survivability Massive adds essentially "Striker but not as good" and they complain that it's too broken. Either way I'm in the same boat, I thought they completely shat on us but there's that off chance that they could in the future find some people from Redstorm once heartland is out, then fix the massive problems in pvp rn I keep saying it tho, all they ought to do is add real striker to this and no one would use HB, make the chest give you armor repair and the backpack gives 100 stacks, there's a massive fan service and both sides are happy

Save your sanity and skill for heartlands pvp in the division 2 is clearly unfixable and tu15 has made it worse. Your flogging a dead horse mate . And I totally disagree with heartbreaker being trash. For pvp yes is bloody awful but devs have clearly only one thing in mind PVE , your asking developers with no experience in PVP gameplay to fix an already broken mess . Where do they start ? And what can they do to fix it because clearly the whole pvp community’s feedback is bullshit to them

I think it’s 10 shards, per level, per exotic. Could be 20 though, but I’m pretty sure it was 10

Heartbreaker is actually terrible lol it’s worse then striker. If you use it with the weapon intended during it’s creation.

thats what i call a corner peek and i spoke about it, however even when they peek like that u can edge towards them and keep them in sight for long enough to trade fairly so i dont really complain about that one, its just in some angles when using cover especially u can do some weird things that are rather unfair
