TUA - Live @ Art Beat Coollective Bands Contest Final - 06/04/2024

Som e energia em palco que cativam à primeira vista quem assiste aos seus concertos. Assim podemos definir em simples palavras os TUA, banda originária da Póvoa de Varzim, que se deu a conhecer ao mundo da música em 2022. Os TUA apresentam uma identidade muito própria. Musicalmente oferecem um rock/pop-rock que mistura rebeldia e ternura; e visualmente mostram-se arrojados e sedutores. Esta combinação de estilos -digamos - é personificado em palco pela vocalista Laura Costa, um furacão sonoro, cuja irreverência natural a transformam numa rock girl apaixonante. Arrebatador é igualmente o guitarrista André Regufe, um mestre da guitarra elétrica cujo estilo próprio e talento dão um toque muito especial aos TUA. Na bateria Luís Coentrão marca o ritmo condutor da banda num registo muito próprio; ao passo que na guitarra baixo e nas teclas, José Ferreira e Inês Ferreira, respetivamente, conferem à banda um ambiente sonoro fascinante e eletrizante. Em suma, um grande projeto feito por jovens cujo talento e paixão pela música transforma os TUA numa grande pérola musical do novo milénio em Portugal.

Sound and energy on stage that captivate those who attend his concerts at first sight. This is how we can define in simple words TUA, a band originally from Póvoa de Varzim (Portugal), which made itself known to the world of music in 2022. TUA has its own identity. Musically they offer a rock/pop-rock that mixes rebellion and tenderness; and visually they appear bold and seductive. This combination of styles - let's say - is personified on stage by vocalist Laura Costa, a sonorous hurricane, whose natural irreverence transforms her into a passionate rock girl. Also captivating is the guitarist André Regufe, a master of the electric guitar whose own style and talent give TUA a very special touch. On drums, Luís Coentrão sets the band's driving rhythm in a very unique way; while on bass guitar and keys, José Ferreira and Inês Ferreira, respectively, give the band a fascinating and electrifying sound environment. In short, a great project made by young people whose talent and passion for music transforms TUA into a great musical pearl of the new millennium in Portugal.
